Drew, the store manager is so helpful. Very enthusiastic. Got me just what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Very happy with my customer service experience!
Have purchased 2 mattresses from this company & had a wonderful experience with the first sale and a frustrating time with what was suppose to be a simple exchange and has now become a return. I have zero confidence in anything Drew (store manager) says. In almost 2 weeks have yet to receive a simple authorization # for return or a scheduled pick up time for their product. A sales manger being condescending to a customer and informing him that sales to new customers comes before a return (as I dont know how a sales company works)...Wow! This company has lost a customer and will no longer receive any recommendations from my family on their products.
Drew is amazing, he knows his stuff and is very personable! Our bed and pillows are giving us the best sleep ever! Morning allergy symptoms gone!
Terrible Experience (Service only - Great product) Maybe it's just me but when you pay a premium for a higher end product I expect a certain level of service should anything go wrong. That wasn't the case here. Was originally told a timeline of 2-3 weeks for mattress delivery which turned into almost six weeks. When I was trying to get an answer as to what the delay was a steady game of pass the buck was being played laying all blame on the distribution company. It reached a point, and still currently there where neither customer service nor the retail location would return my call, handy. Also - once finally delivered, the delivery guy walked in the front door saying " we only drop it off, we don't do anything else" despite paying an additional fee for set up. The mattress was left unpacked in a giant box which I was now left with to dispose of. I always try to support local businesses but if I were to do it all over again, I wouldn't support this one. That being said, the product is great.
Update: I was unhappy with my experience, but essentia reached out and fixed the problem. I'm very happy with my purchase now and I would recommend them. Very good quality products.
